Professor Ndubuisi obtained his doctorate degree in the Philosophy of Science and Jurisprudence. His law degree was obtained from the University of Lagos in 2001. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He received his Masters of Law degree from the University of Lagos in 2006. He is credited with over fifty academic publications in books and journals, both locally and internationally. He authored the paper, “Ethical Justification of Customary Law” which was presented to the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of Lagos in 2013.

Professor Ndubuisi is a member of the Nigerian Philosophical Association, the Nigerian Bar Association, Association of Millenium Lawyers, Southern Interdisciplinary Forum on African Studies, USA, African European Group for Interdisciplinary Studies and Editorial Board, Nigerian Journal of Philosophy. Professor Ndubuisi has interest in General Litigation, Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, Property Law and Corporate Law.
